Using volumetric cameras that capture your movement, we created this ocean-themed LED floor for people onboard the MSC World Europa, the most sustainable cruise in the world, powered using the latest fuel cell technology to radically reduce its carbon footprint.
As guests hung out in the carousel lounge, they were able to experience multiple underwater landscapes that reacted to each step, creating ripples in water, fast-swimming fish, and aquatic foiliage that whisped around.
The interactive visuals displayed on the cruise form a calm and serene setting, invoking relaxation and tranquility. The themes shift and change throughout the day, and are even synchronized to the time of day, meaning guests can bask in the essence of diverse flora in the morning, and enjoy a soothing aquatic landscape in the afternoon.
